Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working behind the scenes to make Valdosta Personal Shopper easier, faster, and more transparent for everyone who uses the service.
Today, I want to share two important updates: contactless payment & delivery and a simplified pricing structure.
✅ Contactless Payment & Delivery (Now Standard)
To keep things efficient and comfortable for both customers and VPS, all orders are now handled using a contactless payment process.
Here’s how it works:
- I complete your grocery shopping just like normal
- Once the shop is finished, you’ll receive a clear electronic invoice
- The invoice shows:
- Store total (from the receipt)
- Service fees
- Delivery mileage fees
- Payment is completed electronically before delivery
- After payment is confirmed, your order is delivered to your door
This means:
- No waiting at the door for payment
- No handling cash or cards
- No confusion about totals
- Everything is documented, clear, and simple
✅ Simplified & More Transparent Pricing
As part of streamlining the service, the small order fee for orders under $40 has been removed.
Pricing is now structured to be:
- Easy to understand
- Consistent
- Transparent from start to finish
There are:
- No item markups
- No percentage-based service fees
- No surprise charges at delivery
You always receive the actual store receipt, and all fees are communicated clearly before delivery.
🛒 Why These Changes Matter
These updates allow me to:
- Spend more time shopping carefully
- Reduce delays during delivery
- Keep pricing fair and predictable
- Provide a smoother experience for every customer
Most importantly, it keeps the service personal, local, and straightforward — exactly what Valdosta Personal Shopper, LLC is meant to be.
If you ever have questions about pricing, invoices, or how the process works, I’m always happy to explain before shopping begins.
