Welcome to Valdosta Personal Shopper. By requesting or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clear communication, fairness, and a smooth grocery shopping and delivery experience.


1. Nature of Service

Valdosta Personal Shopper is a local, delivery-only personal grocery shopping service. Services include in-store grocery shopping and grocery pickup with delivery to the customer’s residence. This business does not operate a physical storefront and does not accept walk-in customers.


2. Service Area

Services are provided within the following areas:

  • North Valdosta, Georgia
  • Hahira, Georgia
  • Ray City, Georgia
  • Lakeland, GA

Requests outside this area may be accepted at discretion and may include additional fees.


3. Shopping & Substitutions

  • Items are purchased based on the customer’s submitted grocery list and store availability.
  • If an item is unavailable, the customer will be contacted for substitution approval.
  • If no response is received within a reasonable time, reasonable substitutions may be made based on the original request.

4. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made during a mutually confirmed delivery window.
  • The customer should be available to receive the order unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Groceries will not be left unattended unless written permission is provided in advance.
  • Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, store delays, or other circumstances beyond control.

5. Pricing & Fees

  • Service and delivery fees are communicated and confirmed before shopping begins.
  • Large orders, multiple-store trips, or extended delivery distances may incur additional fees.
  • All groceries are purchased at the store’s posted retail price.
  • Customers are responsible for the total cost of groceries plus applicable service and delivery fees.

6. Payment

  • Payment is not collected at the time an order request is submitted.
  • Once shopping details are confirmed, an electronic invoice is issued.
  • Payment must be completed electronically and in full before delivery is made.
  • Accepted payment methods are those listed on the invoice.
  • A copy or photo of the original store receipt is provided for transparency.
  • Orders will not be delivered until payment is received.
  • Outstanding balances must be resolved before future orders are accepted.

7. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made before shopping begins.
  • If shopping has already started, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Perishable grocery items cannot be returned once delivered.
  • Non-perishable returns are subject to the store’s return policy and may require an additional trip fee.
  • Quality concerns should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Safety & Conduct

Valdosta Personal Shopper reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe,
  • The delivery location is inaccessible,
  • Communication becomes abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe.

10. Privacy

Customer information is used solely to complete grocery shopping and delivery services. Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
