How Grocery Orders Work
1. Start Your Order
Submit your grocery order directly through the website or use the contact form to confirm availability before placing your order.
2. Order Review
Your order is scheduled and shopped at your requested time. You will be notified when I am on the way and kept updated throughout the shopping process.
3. Communication
Groceries are shopped carefully. Substitutions are confirmed in real time. Directly with you no suprises and no unwanted substitutions.
4. Invoice & Payment
After shopping is completed and totals are confirmed, an electronic invoice is sent. Payment is required before delivery is completed.
5. Delivery
Groceries are then delivered to your home with actual receipt included.

What areas do you serve?
Grocery shopping and delivery is available in:
- North Valdosta, GA
- Hahira, GA
- Lakeland, GA
Requests outside these areas may be considered based on availability.
Do you have a physical location?
No. Valdosta Personal Shopper is a delivery-only service with no storefront.
How much does the service cost?
A flat service fee plus a delivery fee based on distance. Pricing is confirmed before shopping begins.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day service may be available depending on schedule and store availability.
What stores do you shop?
You choose the store. I shop local grocery stores based on your request.
Can you pick up online grocery orders?
Yes. I can pick up store orders and deliver them to your home.
What if an item is out of stock?
You will be contacted. If no response is received, a reasonable substitution may be made.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are completed electronically before delivery.

Is delivery contactless?
Yes, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Are there cancellation fees?
No fee before shopping begins. A fee does apply if shopping has already started.
Do you accept returns?
Perishable items cannot be returned. Non-perishable returns depend on store policy. And extra delivery fees are incurred.
